My concrete cleaning machine removes that black, slippery fungal buildup, leaving concrete
safer to walk on and more pleasant to look at. After cleaning, I coat it with zinc, which slows the fungal regrowth.
When cleaning a wood fence, proper pressure, gpm and distance from the wood must be maintained to prevent "furring"
the wood.

Those orange stains are rust from moss killer improperly applied.
They can only be removed by using acid to etch the concrete.
