This house was built in 1972.  It has original T-111 style siding.	Now it has fiber-cement horizontal lap siding.
The gables had old wood lap siding, which had to come off for the new siding to lay flat.	The gutters and downspouts were nearly new, so I primed and painted them.
I installed these vinyl windows.  When I did, I knew that some day new siding would go on, so I put on window trim thick enough to work with the new siding.	The new siding adds insulation and brings the house up to date in appearance.
